GreenCart Source Terms of Service
These terms describe the buyer-side sourcing information and coordination provided through this website. They do not create a vehicle sale, factory appointment, dealership, import, registration, certification, inspection or logistics contract.
1. Independent sourcing role
GreenCart Source helps business buyers prepare requirements, identify potential original manufacturers, request quotations and organize supplier responses. We are not a manufacturer or authorized dealer. We also do not act as seller of record, importer of record, regulator, insurer, financier, fleet operator or repair provider. A factory or other service provider becomes responsible only through its own accepted agreement with the buyer.
2. Buyer information
The buyer is responsible for supplying accurate intended use, configuration, quantity, destination, delivery timing and document requirements. Electric golf cart requests should identify occupants or cargo duty, site and speed environment, dimensions, accessories, payload or towing needs, battery and charging requirements, range basis, inspection scope and intended Incoterm. Incomplete information may prevent a comparable request.
3. Quotations and availability
Any price, minimum order quantity, availability, production timing, sample option, warranty, document set or delivery term must be confirmed by the relevant supplier for the exact configuration and order. A quotation may expire or change. GreenCart Source does not promise a lowest price, fixed savings, stock reservation, delivery date or supplier acceptance.
4. Specifications and evidence
Product-family descriptions and public reference materials identify fields worth checking; they do not prove the specification of a quoted vehicle. Buyers should request exact-model or unit-level documents and agree on an inspection or validation method when needed. Nominal battery capacity must not be assumed to equal usable capacity, and a test-cycle range must not be assumed to equal performance on the buyer’s route.
5. Compliance and destination decisions
FMVSS, EPA, import, registration, road-use, site-use and other requirements depend on vehicle category, exact model, configuration, model year and destination. GreenCart Source does not issue approvals or certify applicability. Buyers must obtain qualified legal, customs, technical or regulatory review before purchase or use.
6. Commercial and delivery scope
Buyers should compare vehicle price, customization, inspection, packing, inland transport, international freight, duty and destination services separately on one currency, Incoterm and destination basis. Payment, title, risk transfer, insurance, taxes, dispute resolution and delivery obligations belong in the buyer’s direct agreements with the selected parties.
7. Acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful, misleading, confidential-without-authority or third-party personal information. Do not attempt to interfere with the website, automated forms or other users. We may decline requests that lack a legitimate business procurement purpose or enough information for responsible supplier outreach.
8. Updates and contact
These terms may be updated as the service workflow changes. The version available on this page applies to website use at the time of access. Questions about a procurement request should be submitted through the contact form with the relevant site, product and destination context.
