A buyer-side coordination role

How GreenCart Source Supports Electric Cart Procurement

Our job is to help a business buyer describe the duty, approach candidate original manufacturers and organize comparable information. We do not claim a factory, inventory, dealer authorization, certification authority or import approval role.

Our working method

Four practical actions, with no borrowed factory claims

GreenCart Source uses procurement questions and source-bound specification fields rather than claiming ownership of factories, production capacity, certifications or prior customer outcomes.

Translate duty into fields

Passenger count alone is not enough. We prompt for route, grades, surface, hours, climate, speed environment, cargo or towing task, accessibility expectations and charging opportunity. Those inputs make seat layout, wheelbase, payload, brakes and energy choices discussable.

Normalize the quotation request

Candidate factories receive the same quantity split, option list, battery basis, destination, Incoterm and document scope. When a supplier proposes an alternative, the substitution is labeled so the buyer can compare the changed assumptions.

Separate claims from evidence

A model-family brochure can identify fields to check but cannot establish the quoted unit. We organize requests for the configuration sheet, rating basis, battery and charger details, model-year documents, inspection terms and other available exact-model evidence.

Preserve commercial boundaries

We can coordinate questions about samples, factory quotations, inspections and logistics handoff. Final supplier approval, contract terms, payment, import, registration, insurance and destination-side acceptance are distinct responsibilities that require direct confirmation.

Evidence desk

What should be tied to the exact electric cart?

The answer depends on the quotation, model year, configuration and destination. A category-level statement is never treated as proof for a purchase.

Battery and range basis

Request battery chemistry, nominal and usable capacity, system voltage, charger power and connector. Ask how any range figure was measured, including speed, load, terrain and ambient conditions, then compare those conditions with the intended route.

Payload, occupants and towing

Confirm what the quoted payload includes, whether passengers and accessories reduce remaining capacity, and which hitch or braking assumptions support a tow rating. Family maxima do not replace the rating for the selected vehicle.

Destination documents

Ask for a list of files available for the exact model, configuration and model year. GreenCart Source does not certify their legal sufficiency; qualified destination-side review determines relevance to import, registration or permitted use.

Price and delivery scope

Keep factory price, customization, inspection, packing, inland transport, international freight, duty and destination services visible under the agreed Incoterm. Lead time starts only from the conditions stated by the selected supplier.

Start with known facts

Tell GreenCart Source what the carts must do

You do not need an existing quotation. A useful first brief names the operating environment, cart configuration, quantity, destination, delivery timing and open technical choices, plus an optional budget and supplier preference.
